This website provides information about WATEEN's solutions (e.g., cybersecurity, networking, data protection, education/LMS, server infrastructure, private hosting). Paid services are governed by separate contracts (e.g., MSA/SOW/SLA). If these Terms conflict with a signed contract, the contract controls.

We may modify site content or these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold WATEEN harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the site or breach of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate access to the site (or portions) at any time, including where required for security or legal reasons.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Courts of Amman, Jordan have exclusive jurisdiction. We may seek injunctive relief in any competent court.
